Terms of Service

Effective July 24, 2026

Agreement to These Terms

These terms are a contract between you and SKW Systems Corp. ("Pangea", "we", "us"). You agree to them when you create an account, run a batch, or use the agents in Slack.

If you are agreeing for a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind that company, and "you" means the company.

Changes to These Terms

We can change these terms. If a change is significant we will give notice by email or in the product before it takes effect. Using Pangea after that means you accept the new version. If you do not accept it, stop using the service.

Who May Use Pangea

You need to be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Pangea is built for business use, not personal use.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including what your teammates approve, and for keeping your credentials safe.

Payment

Pangea is sold per batch. There are no seats and no subscription.

  • Individuals pay $99 for each batch they run.
  • The first batch is free.
  • Nothing recurs. An idle agent costs nothing, and there is no contract to cancel.
  • A batch is charged when you start it. Charges are non-refundable, except where the law says otherwise or where we agree in writing.
  • Enterprise pricing is agreed separately in an order form, where the company pays for the whole team.
  • Prices exclude tax. Any tax due is on top.
  • We can change prices for future batches. The price shown when you start a batch is the price for that batch.

Your Content and Data

You keep every right you have in the data you put into Pangea and in the sequences we draft for you. You give us permission to host, process, and transmit that data for one purpose: running the service for you and keeping it secure.

You confirm you have the right to give us the data you upload or connect, including prospect data, and that contacting the people in it is lawful where you are and where they are.

AI Output and Human Approval

Pangea runs on AI models. Their output is probabilistic. It can be wrong, out of date, invented, or unsuitable, and it can be all of those while reading as confident and specific. Treat everything an agent produces as a draft.

This is exactly why every step that would reach a prospect stops and asks a person first. You read it, you approve it, and what you approve is what goes out. That approval is your decision and your responsibility.

We do not warrant that any output is accurate, complete, or fit for your purpose, and nothing an agent writes is legal, tax, or other professional advice.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Pangea to:

  • Send anything unlawful, misleading, deceptive, or harassing.
  • Break the email, messaging, or privacy laws that apply to your outreach, including consent and unsubscribe rules.
  • Upload or connect data you have no right to use.
  • Contact people who have asked you to stop.
  • Break, overload, reverse engineer, or work around limits in the service.
  • Resell Pangea or use it to build a competing product.
  • Disable, bypass, or automate away the human approval step.

That last one is not a formality. The approval step is the safety model of this product, and defeating it is a breach of these terms.

Third-Party Services

Pangea connects to Slack, your CRM, and other tools you choose. Those services have their own terms and their own privacy practices, and we do not control them.

If one of them changes, breaks, or cuts off access, parts of Pangea may stop working. We are not responsible for what a third-party service does with your data once it is there.

Termination

You can stop using Pangea at any time and disconnect your tools.

We can suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if your use puts the service or other users at risk. Batches already charged are not refunded on termination. Terms that should outlast the account do, including payment owed, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity.

Disclaimers, Liability, and Indemnity

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error free, and we do not promise any particular result, including replies, meetings, or revenue.

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither side is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your data, your outreach, or your breach of these terms. Some places do not allow limits like these, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing Law and General Terms

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and disputes go to the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

If one term is unenforceable, the rest stay in force. Not enforcing a term once does not waive it. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them to a buyer of the business. Together these terms are the whole agreement between us about the service.
